1. Register: Login to Handshake to view participating companies and register for the experience. 

2. Orientation: Attend an orientation session (dates and times will be provided) to prepare for your job shadowing experience. We'll provide you with all the details you need to make the most of your shadowing experience. 

3. Job Shadowing: Spend a day or more shadowing your host in their workplace. Ask questions, observe, and learn about the industry firsthand.

4. Reflect: After your experience, participate in VandyPASS and earn a new badge with what you've learned and how it impacts your career plans.
