Our Brightspace hotline is 615-322-0200. If you are unable to reach us via phone, please leave a voicemail and someone from our team will call or email you back. You are also encouraged to contact us by email, if phone support is busy.

Our team is available for phone calls Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. Outside of those hours, please contact us by email brightspace@vanderbilt.edu.

New Support Schedule

The Brightspace Support team has updated our support schedule. We are available for support between 9AM and 5PM Monday through Friday. Any emails received after 5PM will be addressed when the team returns to support at 9AM the following business day. While we’re out, we encourage you to utilize our On-Demand Resources to answer any questions that arise.
