Instructors are encouraged to email their questions about Brightspace to brightspace@vanderbilt.edu.

The EdTech Team at AdvancED will respond to inquiries — typically within one hour — per the following schedule:

  • Monday through Friday: 9 AM to 5 PM

All other emails received after 5 PM will be addressed when our team returns to support at 9 AM the following business day.

The EdTech Team is not available on Staff Holidays. For a list of Vanderbilt Staff Holidays, click here.
