Re-initiate a Kaltura Capture Upload

If your Kaltura Capture video has been processing for a long time (hours), we suggest that you try starting the upload again.

Select “Manage” on the right side of the recorder to open your library
Find the recording that’s giving you issues and select “Re-upload”<

New Support Schedule

The Brightspace Support team has updated our support schedule. We are available for support between 9AM and 5PM Monday through Friday. Any emails received after 5PM will be addressed when the team returns to support at 9AM the following business day. While we’re out, we encourage you to utilize our On-Demand Resources to answer any questions that arise.
