10/25/18: Out of Office and No Drop-In Session

On Thursday, October 25th, the Brightspace support team will be participating in professional development from 11 am to 2:30 pm. During this time, we will not be able to answer calls or respond to e-mails. Any e-mails or calls received during this time period will be returned as soon as possible once the professional development has ended.

Additionally, there will be no drop in support session from 10 am to Noon. If you have any questions, please contact us at brightspace@vanderbilt.edu.

Brightspace Support Availability Over Thanksgiving Break

The Educational Technology team will be out of office Wednesday, November 27th through Sunday, December 1st for the Thanksgiving holiday. All requests received during this time will be addressed when we return to work on Monday, December 2nd. In the meantime, we encourage you to utilize our On-Demand Resources or Frequently Asked Questions.

New Support Schedule

The Brightspace Support team has updated our support schedule. We are available for support between 9AM and 5PM Monday through Friday. Any emails received after 5PM will be addressed when the team returns to support at 9AM the following business day. While we’re out, we encourage you to utilize our On-Demand Resources to answer any questions that arise.
