Brightspace support on holiday May 28, 29, 31!

We know many of you have come to rely on Brightspace support’s availability six days a week, and we love hearing from you!

However, on Sunday May 28, Monday May 29 (Memorial Day), and Wednesday May 31 (CFT Staff Retreat Day), the Brightspace team will be taking a few days off.

We will stick to our usual office hours on Tuesday May 30, Thursday June 1, and Friday June 2, and will return to our advertised hours the following week.

Brightspace Support Availability Over Thanksgiving Break

The Educational Technology team will be out of office Wednesday, November 27th through Sunday, December 1st for the Thanksgiving holiday. All requests received during this time will be addressed when we return to work on Monday, December 2nd. In the meantime, we encourage you to utilize our On-Demand Resources or Frequently Asked Questions.

New Support Schedule

The Brightspace Support team has updated our support schedule. We are available for support between 9AM and 5PM Monday through Friday. Any emails received after 5PM will be addressed when the team returns to support at 9AM the following business day. While we’re out, we encourage you to utilize our On-Demand Resources to answer any questions that arise.
