Goodbye CaptureSpace Lite, Hello Kaltura Capture

In June 2018, Kaltura released their own video creation tool called Kaltura Capture.  At that time, Kaltura also announced that their previous tool called CaptureSpace Lite would be going away in June 2019.  Therefore as of June 1st, 2019, CaptureSpace Lite will no longer be available in the Brightspace Kaltura experience.
