On May 2nd and 3rd, Brightspace Support will begin at 9 am instead of 7 am. Regular support hours will resume on May 6th. If you have any questions, please contact Brightspace Support at brightspace@vanderbilt.edu.

Support Schedule

The Brightspace Support team has updated our support schedule. We are available for support between 9AM and 5PM Monday through Friday. Any emails received after 5PM will be addressed when the team returns to support at 9AM the following business day. While we’re out, we encourage you to utilize our On-Demand Resources to answer any questions that arise.
