Holiday Break Support Schedule

Brightspace support will be closed for the Holiday break from December 22nd, 2018 through January 1st, 2019.

There will be no phone support (e-mail only) on December 21st, 2018.

Regular support will resume on January 2nd, 2019.

Brightspace Support Availability Over Thanksgiving Break

The Educational Technology team will be out of office Wednesday, November 27th through Sunday, December 1st for the Thanksgiving holiday. All requests received during this time will be addressed when we return to work on Monday, December 2nd. In the meantime, we encourage you to utilize our On-Demand Resources or Frequently Asked Questions.

New Support Schedule

The Brightspace Support team has updated our support schedule. We are available for support between 9AM and 5PM Monday through Friday. Any emails received after 5PM will be addressed when the team returns to support at 9AM the following business day. While we’re out, we encourage you to utilize our On-Demand Resources to answer any questions that arise.
