New Resources for Using Turnitin

Brightspace is nicely integrated with Turnitin. Turnitin provides a collection of tools that help instructors streamline their grading and feedback, and ensure that student work is original. If you used SafeAssign in the past, it has some similar features.

Once Turnitin has been enabled for one of your Brightspace assignments, you’ll view your student submissions in the Turnitin Feedback Studio. The Feedback Studio provides you with an array of tools. It enables you to:

  • Check for potential plagiarism
  • Create your own drag and drop comments (or use default ones)
  • Leave voice comments for your students
  • Grade by rubric
