OAK was upgraded in June to Blackboard Learn 9.1 Service Pack 8 in early June. A list of highlighted resolved issues and new features can be found in the “Training” section of the main OAK Website, or a PDF can be accessed directly here.

New Support Schedule

The Brightspace Support team has updated our support schedule. We are available for support between 9AM and 5PM Monday through Friday. Any emails received after 5PM will be addressed when the team returns to support at 9AM the following business day. While we’re out, we encourage you to utilize our On-Demand Resources to answer any questions that arise.
