OAK Upgrade Scheduled: OAK Unavailable June 2-3

OAK support will install a Blackboard service pack, continuing the work for the OAK Enhancement Project. Beginning at 6:00 AM Saturday, June 2 through Sunday, June 3, OAK will be unavailable. There is a chance that the down time will not take the entire time. In the event that the work is completed ahead of schedule, OAK will be made available early. Please visit the main OAK website for maintenance updates, OAK availability, and regularly scheduled maintenance dates.

When the upgrade is complete, ALL COURSE AREAS WILL LOOK AS THEY DID BEFORE; the changes will be transparent to faculty and students.

July 4th Holiday

The EdTech Team will be out of office Thursday, July 4th. We will address requests received when we return the following day. In the meantime, we encourage you to utilize our On-Demand Resources.

New Brightspace Support Schedule

The Brightspace Support team has updated our support schedule. We are available for support between 7AM and 11PM Monday through Friday. From 5PM to 11PM on weekdays, users should anticipate receiving support for urgent requests only. Urgent requests may include, but are not limited to the following:

Requests related to submissions due before 9AM the following business day
Requests regarding courses held before 9AM the following business day
Major outages

All other emails will be addressed when the team returns to normal support at 7AM the following business day. While we’re out, we encourage you to utilize our On-Demand Resources to answer any questions that arise.
