In order to avoid being unavailable during finals, OAK will be down Sunday, December 4 from 6AM to 10AM for regular maintenance to the databases. Though we like to have our servers up 24/7, there are times when we need to take them down to perform regular maintenance. Please visit the main OAK website for maintenance updates, OAK availability, and regularly scheduled maintenance dates.

New Support Schedule

The Brightspace Support team has updated our support schedule. We are available for support between 9AM and 5PM Monday through Friday. Any emails received after 5PM will be addressed when the team returns to support at 9AM the following business day. While we’re out, we encourage you to utilize our On-Demand Resources to answer any questions that arise.
