Course enrollment updates will begin to reappear tonight at 8:00 PM and may take an hour to process. During this time, OAK Support Staff will be monitoring the situation. Please visit the main OAK website at www.vanderbilt.edu/oak, or Announcements within OAK, for updates.

New Support Schedule

The Brightspace Support team has updated our support schedule. We are available for support between 9AM and 5PM Monday through Friday. Any emails received after 5PM will be addressed when the team returns to support at 9AM the following business day. While we’re out, we encourage you to utilize our On-Demand Resources to answer any questions that arise.
