OAK Course Enrollments Coming Back Online

Course enrollments are beginning to reappear. Any new enrollments may not appear immediately. Please wait until late Friday afternoon to report any issues to your local support provider. A list of support providers can be found on the main OAK website under “Help and Who to Contact” or directly at http://www.vanderbilt.edu/oak/help.php.

July 4th Holiday

The EdTech Team will be out of office Thursday, July 4th. We will address requests received when we return the following day. In the meantime, we encourage you to utilize our On-Demand Resources.

New Brightspace Support Schedule

The Brightspace Support team has updated our support schedule. We are available for support between 7AM and 11PM Monday through Friday. From 5PM to 11PM on weekdays, users should anticipate receiving support for urgent requests only. Urgent requests may include, but are not limited to the following:

Requests related to submissions due before 9AM the following business day
Requests regarding courses held before 9AM the following business day
Major outages

All other emails will be addressed when the team returns to normal support at 7AM the following business day. While we’re out, we encourage you to utilize our On-Demand Resources to answer any questions that arise.
