OAK Support completed the upgrade early and is now available to users. However, the Collaboration Tools (chat and white board) are not working properly and OAK Support will address that issue first thing tomorrow morning. If you need urgent help, please contact oak@vanderbilt.edu. To learn more about the upgrade, download the help guide from www.vanderbilt.edu/oak/training.php.

New Support Schedule

The Brightspace Support team has updated our support schedule. We are available for support between 9AM and 5PM Monday through Friday. Any emails received after 5PM will be addressed when the team returns to support at 9AM the following business day. While we’re out, we encourage you to utilize our On-Demand Resources to answer any questions that arise.
