OAK Upgrade Reminder: July 24 2PM thru July 26 8AM

OAK will be down Saturday, July 24 beginning at 2:00 PM through July 26 at 8:00 AM. Though OAK Support does not anticipate the upgrade taking this long, faculty and students should refrain from accessing OAK until a notice is posted on the OAK website. Please visit www.vanderbilt.edu/oak for system availability and outage updates.

New Support Schedule

The Brightspace Support team has updated our support schedule. We are available for support between 9AM and 5PM Monday through Friday. Any emails received after 5PM will be addressed when the team returns to support at 9AM the following business day. While we’re out, we encourage you to utilize our On-Demand Resources to answer any questions that arise.
