Frist Center associate director Dave Caudel has created a video explaining the various challenges an autistic adult might face in the workforce, and discussing the accommodations that can be provided to those employees. Great information and it is awesome to see the work that the Frist center is doing to promote awareness of neurodiversity! I really think the key is focusing on how to examine and promote the strengths that neurodiverse talent brings to organizations and how companies can utilize strategies for the benefit of the company and their employees. Very exciting!
