Podcast ‘HR Happy Hour’ interviews Frist Center’s Tim Vogus
The Frist Center for Autism and Innovation is proud to be an interdisciplinary research center focused on empowering autistic adults in the workplace. One of those disciplines in business, which is led by Frist Center Deputy Director for Business Innovations Tim Vogus. Dr. Vogus is also a Professor of Organizational Studies at the Owen Graduate School of Management.
Recently Dr. Vogus was featured on the eminent “HR Happy Hour” podcast, hosted by Steve Boese, the Co-Chair of the HR Technology Conference and Trish McFarlane, CEO of H3 HR Advisors. The three discussed how neurodivergent employees can be an asset to businesses.
Dr. Vogus also addressed how best to recruit and support employees on the spectrum, and how Human Resources leaders can begin to think more openly and expansively about this deep pool of talented people.
