New to Neurodiversity

New to Neurodiversity

If you recently entered the world of autism, congratulations! You’re in the right place. Whether it’s you, a family member, a friend, or someone else you know who has recently received a diagnosis, we’re here to help you figure this out. Autism is complex, and each autistic person is totally unique, but the links we have collected below are great places to start learning.

And if the term “neurodiversity” is new to you, don’t worry. We’ve collected the most helpful, clear resources we could find to assist you in the learning process. These videos, articles, and handouts are largely from #actuallyautistic and #actuallyneurodivergent creators.

If you review these resources and still have questions, please reach to Frist Center staff! We are more than happy to have a conversation.
