Jobs for the NeurodivergentFrist Center is announcing our partnership with Jobs for Humanity, an employment-based public benefit corporation working to bring historically underrepresented talent to welcoming employers, to produce a job board specifically for neurodivergent job seekers. The new website, Jobs for the Neurodivergent, is available at neurodivergent.jobs.

Jobs for the Neurodivergent partners with various companies looking to hire neurodiverse talent, including Spectrum, Nielsen and Booking.com, and posts jobs from those companies. It joins two other job boards operated by Jobs for Humanity which serve blind job seekers and refugee job seekers.

Many volunteers for Jobs for Humanity are at Vanderbilt or in the Nashville area, including Frist Center’s Dave Caudel, Claire Barnett, and Dan Burger.

Jobs for Humanity was founded in 2020 by Roy Baladi, an entrepreneur who was previously the senior project manager of SmartRecruiters. It builds on the success of a job board he built for his native country of Lebanon.
