Council for Graduate Schools Resource
This resource was developed with the support of Dr. Julie R. Posselt, one of our FCAI visiting faculty fellows.
“Supporting Fair and Inclusive Graduate Programs: A Guide for Faculty and Institutions,” is a collaboration between the Council of Graduate Schools and the Equity in Graduate Education Resource Center and is the culmination of an 18-month project funded by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation.
The Council of Graduate Schools produced this resource to support faculty and institutions in considering the current legal landscape, whether on the institutional, state, or federal level, and how to navigate access and inclusion issues in graduate education. This publication covers graduate recruitment and admissions, inclusive programs and cultures, and mentoring.
The PDF of the publication can be downloaded directly here, and you can learn more about the resource here.
