Your path is your own. Do not compare it to anyone. It may take you longer, and it may contain more pit stops than you would like, but you will get where you are meant to be. I promise. '16
This is the beginning of a new and exciting chapter in your life. Some of you might feel sad to leave Vanderbilt, but remember that you will always be a Commodore and Vanderbilt will always be your home. '17
It's OK if you don't feel like you're using your degree right away. If you need to walk dogs for a living for a few months before taking on something
bigger, that is so OK! Student loan payments don't start until six months after graduation, so take advantage of that time to care for yourself and recharge however you need to! '18
Have fun, make friends and try new experiences. Get off social media and get outside if it's making you tired, jealous or depressed. '16
This time is particularly bittersweet, as one thing that unites all Vandy grads is our love for our school. I promise, though, that the best is yet to come. '16
You're going to do great things! 🙂 ‘23
Have fun and don't forget who you are.'21
Do not follow the crowd, know yourself, strengthen the important relationships and let go of those that don't serve you. '18
You may feel pressured to hurry or compromise what you feel is best for yourself, but it is far more healthful and fulfilling to go at a pace that suits you and in a direction that you believe you will find rewarding. Be open-minded to what "rewarding" means, because you may be surprised the variety of things that can brighten your life and broaden your perspective. '19
Give thanks to the Lord for he is good, for his love endures forever. '20
Make the most of these last few months. Take pictures, make memories, enjoy spending time having some of the best people you'll ever meet all in one place together. You're gonna miss it. '21
You're going to miss college. A lot. I graduated a few years ago and I'm still wishing I was back at Vandy all the time. Enjoy your time at VU, because it's so unique and an incredible four years. But life after is pretty awesome too, so get excited because y'all made it! Congratulations! '19
People are usually eager to give their advice and/or wisdom. If you are curious about someone's professional and/or personal journeys, you should ask to meet or speak with them! '19
The best is truly yet to come-you have your whole life ahead of you! '18
Take time to live your life and be human! Looking for work and managing it can be stressful (especially at first )Don’t compare your journey to anyone else’s. It can be really hard to not compare, but trust that you are exactly where you need to be and that everything will happen in due time. Your journey is unique and there’s a lot of beauty in that. Learn to embrace it instead of wishing it looked like someone else’s. ’20 but (in my opinion) work is a means to an end to enjoy your real life! Mistakes will happen but they'll help you understand more! ‘21

Don't be afraid to change your plan-the job that you love when you are in your 20s does not have to be the job that you love or fits your life stage in your 30s. '17
Don't worry about tomorrow; take things one step at a time and be sure to maintain those relationships you truly value, as it's much harder to stay in touch once people move to different areas. '19
VU is always your home no matter how far away you are. Invest in your VU ties and they will invest in you. '18
Enjoy your senior year and all that Vanderbilt has to offer! There is so much that the university has to offer both academically and socially.’23
With all the love in the world, congratulations and good luck!! It may feel scary at times but try to enjoy the ride.’22
