Monthly Tuition
- $1,200 per month, August 2024 to May 2025.
- A child’s t-shirt and field trips are included in tuition.
One-Time Fees
- A non-refundable application fee of $100 is required.
- A non-refundable instructional supplies fee of $1200 is required by April 1, 2024, or at the time of application if after this date.
Before and After Care Fees
Onsite Before and After Care is available for an additional fee:
- 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM - $191 per month
- 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM - $392 per month
Drop-in care is available for families to use up to 4 days per month at the rate of $15 per morning or $30 per afternoon. To utilize the service, email your child’s teacher and elaine.gallagher@vanderbilt.edu at least 1 hour before using drop-in care, otherwise, the early/late drop-off/pickup rates will apply.
Early Drop-off and Late Pick-up Fees
Early Drop-off and Late Pick-up charges apply to children who are not enrolled in Before and After Care and are onsite before 8:25 AM or after 3:05 PM ($10 for every 5 minutes).
Payment Platform
Online payments through Brightwheel are the required method of payment of tuition for Acorn Families. Automatic online payments are the default method of payment for VU Employees.
Once enrolled in our program, you will receive an invitation to Brightwheel, our billing and enrollment software, to sign up for automatic payments. Payments can be made by ACH or credit card.
Payment Processing Fees
If you choose to pay by credit/debit, processing fees charged by the credit companies will apply.
- ACH: VCFC will absorb the cost of the flat fee of $0.50 per transaction
- Credit/Debit: 2.7% payment processing fee
