Seminar Application Form

Registration for our topic-based seminars is open.  The deadline to register for seminars is September 30th.

As of 12:00 (Central Time)  on August 22nd, there are slots available in all seminars.

Participants in seminars will pre-circulate five-page position papers for discussion. Participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis (limit of 15 presenters per seminar; registration begins May 1, 2011).

*Note: Seminar participation is available only to those not presenting papers at
