The Leadership Development Center brings together the best of university research, practice in the field and instructional technology design to bring progressive and practical professional development to public and private organizations throughout the world.

Through its numerous programs, the Leadership Development Center fulfills the mission of Vanderbilt University to be "a center for scholarly research, informed and creative teaching, and service to the community and society at large."

Vision Implementation Project (VIP) Progresses
