Professional opportunities can be found on our industry cluster listservs (after you subscribe) and on DoreWays, where employers can post positions and schedule interviews with students on campus. To interview with employers on campus for internships and full-time opportunities, you must upload your resume into your DoreWays account prior to applying for a job posting.
A job posting is basically an announcement that a company has an open position. The posting may include the preferred or required education, experience or skills.
The first step to applying for a job is to compare what you offer to what they want. It doesn't have to be a 100 percent match, but you should determine if you are a competitive candidate before applying. The posting will help you determine how to write your resume and cover letter and potential interview questions that might be asked.

You’ll also find opportunities posted on company websites, aggregator sites (such as Indeed and Simply Hired), industry-specific sites (e.g. engineering, health care, nonprofit), college-specific sites (like College Grad), and niche websites that have a specific mission (INROADS).
