Summary: The government has set up a secret atomic supercollider that runs around the perimeter of the campus.

Text: "The government has a project in which they have
an atom supercollider that extends around the outer perimeter of the
university. This supercollider is used to accellerate atoms thereby
studying subatomic particles when two atoms collide. The area that is
used is restricted and we'll be expelled if we go there. Iy is
basically aound A and S and engineering, not Peabody."

Notes: It was obvious that since hearing the tale originally, or
even the first time he had metioned it me, he had added in a lot of
technical knowledge into his story.
