THERE IS NO REHEARSAL 

Under the "Graduate Instructions" tab on the gold bar above, please be sure you thoroughly read the instructions from your specific school. Please reference all of the maps and diagrams found here to ensure you are prepared.

ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 8:25 A.M.

Upon receiving your cap and gown at the bookstore on May 11th or 12th, undergraduate students will receive a card with your name, assembly number, and additional information on it. You MUST bring this card with you the morning of the ceremony. If you are not an undergraduate candidate, you do not need this card.

Graduates must assemble alphabetically by school no later than 8:25 a.m. There will be signs posted in the designated processional assembly areas for each school. Please reference your card for your assigned assembly number, which will help you find your place in line and ensure you are assembled alphabetically.

This indispensable resource breaks down the main schedule of events and informs you what to do before the big day.

FRIDAY - May 13

commencement day All ten schools process in simultaneously before degrees are conferred and the Chancellor's address. Strawberries and Champagne, a reception for the undergraduate class of 2016 hosted by the Chancellor, immediately follows the main ceremony.
